The question on everyone's mind is: Can Mark Sanchez go the way of Joe Namath and become the second QB to lead the Jets to the Super Bowl. If you're a regular reader of this blog, you know Glauber is on board (he gives some more reasons why here).

But who does he think the Jets will meet in sunny south Florida two weeks from tomorrow?

Well former Jet Brett Favre, of course. No, just kidding. Glauber likes the Vikings to cover but the Saints to advance.

As for me? I'm going with the home teams. Expect to see a Colts-Saints Super Bowl, as the two best quarterbacks in the league impose their will tomorrow.

*Keep in mind, two road teams haven't won an AFC and NFC title in the same year since 1997.

With that, here are the (official) Championship round picks...

Jets (+7½) over Colts, Jets straight up

Vikings (+3½) over Saints, Saints straight up

Last week’s record: 3-1 against the spread 3-1 straight up

Overall record: 141-118-6 against the spread; 173-90 straight up

Mascaro's picks (home team in caps): COLTS (-7.5) over Jets, SAINTS (-3.5) over Vikings

Last week: 1-3

Season: 135-124-6
