Tom Watson better keep at eye on Mickelson

For Tom Watson and his fans, Phil Mickelson is public enemy number one at the moment.

After draining a long putt for birdie on the par-4, 428-yard 8th, Mickelson is at five-under on the day through eight holes and one-under on the tournament.  With five birdies already this round he has pulled into a tie for second place and if he keeps up this pace may easily pass Graeme McDowell for the lead, thus knocking Tom Watson out of the tournament.

Still a lot of golf to be played but something to keep an eye on.
