St. John the Baptist vs. St. Dominic baseball

Greg Egan struck out eight in a complete game and Chris Lemorocco had two RBIs to lead No. 3 St. John the Baptist (21-6) over No. 1 St. Dominic in Game 2 of the CHSAA finals at Farmingdale State. The Cougars swept the series, capturing their first title since 2008. Kyle Collins received game MVP honors after going 2-for-2 with a walk, two stolen bases, a run and an RBI. St. Dominic outfielder Dan Hopkins was named league Co-Player of the Year.
