Fenn's 255 leads Chaminade

Andrew Fenn rolled a high game of 255 in Game 1 of a 625 series and Joseph Bucaria had a high game of 236 in Game 2 of a 587 series for No. 3 Chaminade (10-3) in a 1,142-970, 1,128-848, 949-958 win over No. 6 St. Dominic in the CHSAA boys bowling quarterfinals Monday. Chaminade will face No. 2 St. John the Baptist in the semifinals at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Farmingdale Lanes.

St. John the Baptist 3, St. Mary's 0: Kyle Durfee rolled a high game of 233 and Justin Figueroa had a 229 in Game 1 for No. 2 SJB (11-2) in a 1,151-922, 1,199-960, 1,020-891 win over No. 7 St. Mary's.

St. Anthony's 3, Kellenberg 0: Matt Arpino shot 226 in Game 1 of a 692 series and Paul Droluk 247 in Game 3 of a 662 series for No. 5 St. Anthony's (5-6) in a 1,129-1,126, 1,139-1,092, 1,181-1,022 win against No. 4 Kellenberg. St. Anthony's faces No. 1 Holy Trinity in the semifinals at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Farmingdale Lanes.

MacArthur 38, Massapequa 34: Will Cheshire hit a three with 2:37 left to put MacArthur (2-8) ahead for good at 33-30 in Conference AA-II. Kevin Monahan led MacArthur with 13 points and Sal Sanquini hit two free throws with 13 seconds left to provide the final margin. Massapequa is 6-5.

Stony Brook 62, Greenport 49: Tim Pandolfi scored 10 of his 20 points in a 17-5 fourth quarter and also had seven steals and seven assists for Stony Brook (8-2) in League VIII. Dantre Langhorne scored 23 for Greenport (7-3).

Girls Basketball

Sachem East 43, Ward Melville 36: Kristen Doherty had 16 points, six rebounds, five assists and five steals for Sachem East (11-0), which clinched the League I title. Georgia Holland's 17 points led Ward Melville (8-2).
