Longwood boys basketball coach Dennis Terry, one of the classiest guys I’ve met in my years on the high school beat, has just published a book entitled, “Rich: Going From Where You Are to Any Level You Want to Be.”
While I might have suggested a shorter title (LOL), this book offers real-world advice to anyone, but Terry acknowledged it mostly applies to athletes.
In an e-mail to me, Terry described the book’s content this way: “How I was able to go from poverty to middle class and beyond, financially and personally, with an ordinary background. I played basketball and coached the game for many years and I know the obstacles on and off the court that we must deal with in order to be successful on the court and in real life.”
The book can be ordered through Terry’s web site at www.dttenterprises.com.
