Dan Koehler scored two of his four goals in a pivotal third quarter as No. 2 Sayville defeated No. 1 Comsewogue, 12-5, in the Suffolk Class B boys lacrosse final Wednesday night at Stony Brook University's LaValle Stadium. It is the second county title for Sayville (15-3), which plays Garden City, the No. 1 team in the country, in the Long Island championship at 6 p.m. Saturday at Hofstra.

Koehler's third goal made it 6-3 with 1:03 left in the third after Comsewogue failed to score on a pair of shots moments earlier. Pat Fleming made 14 saves for Sayville, including several key stops in the third quarter to help the Golden Flashes preserve their lead.
