Meet Long Island's 6 female football players

Six girls are playing high school football on Long Island this season. On Monday, Oct. 16, 2017, they appeared at Newsday for a photo session and spoke about their in-game successes, being a role model for younger girls, why they feel that more females are appearing in sports and how playing on the boys' teams is affecting their high school career.
