Nassau Girls Hoops Bracketology

Teams across Nassau will be jockeying for playoff posions as the second half of the league season tips off this evening. With only a few weeks left to play before the playoffs here is a projection of where teams would be seeded if the season ended today.

This is not to say teams can't more up or down or even in or out of the playoffs entirely in the coming weeks, just one man's projection of how the seeding committee would seed the teams as of today based on how they have viewed teams and conferences in the past.

There will be weekly bracketology posts with the possibility of daily updates in the final week of the season as teams battle for seeds.

*Note: The first round seeds ensure there would be no conference rematches until the semifinals in both Class AA and A. Some teams were seeded a spot higher or lower in order to ensure this would occur and to abide by the rule that no league rematch can take place in the first round.

Nassau AA:
