Jamie Romano filled the stat sheet with seven points, 19 rebounds, eight assists and four steals as top-seeded Kings Park cruised to a 46-28 win over eighth-seeded Sayville on Friday night in a Suffolk Class A girls basketball quarterfinal.
Meghan Eckel had 14 points and Marion Kawecki 12 for host Kings Park (17-2). Janine Cascio added four steals in the win.

Harborfields (15-4) in a Class A quarterfinal. Samantha Villafranca led No. 6 Shoreham-Wading River (14-5) with 21 points.
Long Island Lutheran 65, Staten Island Academy 45: Sam Milhaven had 12 points and eight rebounds and Paige Kriftcher 11 points and six assists for Long Island Lutheran (17-3) in non-league. Ali Herschlein chipped in eight points and seven rebounds in the win. Bethany Claps led Staten Island Academy (20-3) with 21 points.
