Addison Schmitt added 14 kills for Rocky Point (9-7) in its 25-17, 27-29, 18-25, 25-21, 25-21 victory.
Mastando had six straight service points in the final game for Rocky Point, which plays at No. 1 Kings Park in a quarterfinal at 4 p.m. today.
East Islip 3, Longwood 1: Cathy Marku had 13 kills and Hannah Reilly had 12 kills to lead No. 6 East Islip (10-2) over No. 11 Longwood, 27-25, 22-25, 25-23, 28-26, in the first round of the Suffolk Class AA playoffs.
