Some Notes From Tonight:

Long Beach's Dylan Palacio won his third county title in four years and second in a row, while Plainedge's Andrew Jones won his second straight county title.

Roslyn's John Lanzillotti made history, becoming the first Roslyn wrestler to win a county title.

Five schools crowned two champions: Plainedge, Uniondale, Mepham, Long Beach and Wantagh.

There were only two pins in 15 matches: Wantagh 96-pounder Jose Rodriguez and Mepham's 145-pounder Louis Hernandez each won via the short route.
