On May 24, 1980, Bobby Nystrom scored in overtime against the Philadelphia Flyers to give the Islanders a 5-4 victory and the first of the team's four consecutive Stanley Cups.

That single play forever linked Nystrom to Nassau Coliseum and Long Island.
