Islanders look for back-to-back road wins at Pitt tonight

After last night's come-from-behind 4-1 win over the Thrashers, the Islanders will try to string together back-to-back wins against the Penguins tonight at Consol Energy Center.

The Penguins return home after last night's 4-3 shootout win over the Rangers at MSG, but may be without Jordan Staal. Staal received a match penalty for punching Brandon Prust and may face further disciplinary action from the league. Although they may be without Staal, the Penguins could return Evgeni Malkin, who has been out since last week with a sinus infection.

Penguins goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury delivered a superb performance to shut out the Islanders 1-0 only eight days ago. One would assume it will be Rick DiPietro between the pipes for the Islanders tonight, but coach Jack Capuano could elect to go back to 20-year-old rookie Kevin Poulin.
