Islanders-Nassau Coliseum announcement

Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo announced Monday at a news conference at Nassau Coliseum that the Islanders have agreed to a deal to split their regular-season home games between the Coliseum and Brooklyn’s Barclays Center in the years leading up to the opening of their new arena at Belmont Park. The Islanders have agreed to play 60 games, including the preseason, at the Coliseum over the next three seasons
