A bit of a surprise, given that Evgeni Nabokov gave away the second goal in Thursday's 3-2 loss to the Flyers and that Kevin Poulin still hasn't gotten in a game after his three straight shutouts in Bridgeport, but Jack Capuano is sticking with Nabokov against the Sabres tonight.
With back-to-back games coming Monday at home against the Predators and Tuesday in Washington, Poulin might get his shot then. But Al Montoya may be ready to come off injured reserve by then as well, so Poulin may end up going back to Bridgeport without having played.
The rest of the lineup is the same, so Dylan Reese is the lone healthy scratch. The Sabres come in off a 3-2 win over the Leafs in Buffalo last night, just their third win in the last 12 games.
