Scott Gordon affirmed that DiPietro will play this week, but then joked by saying that includes not only Tuesday and Saturday, but also Monday and Tuesday next week.

But assume that DiPietro will play either Tuesday or Saturday.

Gordon also admitted that the goaltender rotation now is pretty much between Roloson and DiPietro--Gordon even pulled Biron aside to inform him as much-- and they'll have to balance how to use both.

"We have to get Ricky going, but we also have to be smart," Scott Gordon said.

Defenseman Brendan Witt, who did not play Saturday, did not practice today; he was at the doctor's office getting his calf  evaluated. Gordon said this has been something of a nagging thing with Witt--it has been tightening up occasionally--but that he doesn't expect it to be a significant injury.

Still nothing new in the case of Sean Bergenheim. We'll see if there is a roster move made by tomorrow to accomodate his presence in the lineup.

"I have no idea," Bergenheim said of the likelihood he'll play Tuesday. "It's the same situation as before, I just don't know."

Regardless, Bergenheim said he feels "really good" and is "just eager to play."

I'll have more later on Bailey's recent success later...
