Tonight's game against the Rangers at Madison Square Garden looks like it will be played as scheduled, just like last night's contest against the Canadiens at Nassau Coliseum.

The Islanders braved the blizzard last night,  taking the bus into NYC after the game, so they're already settled and ready to play. Neither team will skate this morning.

Although the game will not be postponed, the extreme weather is still expected to wreak some havoc for at least some fans trying to get to MSG tonight.

There has already been a change to tonight's officiating crew because of flight cancellations due to the inclement weather.

As far as a ticket reimbursement policy goes, here is a statement from the New York Rangers concerning tonight's game:

"We have a passionate fan base that deals with our customer service representatives regularly and we will continue to communicate with them directly as we normally do."
