As I've been noting over at twitter.com/stevezipay, the rink now has the feel of something happening as HBO grabbed film for promotional footage and was setting up interviews. For a couple weeks, a few writers have been stopping by to chat informally with players, but it's been pretty low key. No more.
Training camp opens at 9:15 AM on Friday, with about 60 players expected to undergo physicals and endurance testing, and the first pre-season game six days away (the 21st) in Albany against the Devils. Road trip!
