Isles 2 PPG goals cap late comeback; Avery on Wisniewski gesture

                 First, the final.

Ielse tied score at 4 on 5-on-3. Ex-Ranger P.A. Parenteau grabbed a puck that bounced off Dan Girardi's stick to the right and gave him a sharp-angle look. Puck caromed off Lundqvist's back.  Then on the 5 on-4, Blake Comeau's second of the game made it 5-4 just 58 seconds later. The empty-netter made it 6-4 with 19 seconds left...

Here's Sean Avery reacting to Wisniewski's obscene gesture in the first:
"You guys saw what he was doing. ----. But I’m sure nothing will happen to him…(Why?) Because nothing ever happens. It’s pretty obvious what happened here. It's interesting that you’ll get a warning for something like that. Can you imagine I did that? ----,  They sent me to rehab the last time I did something… It’s crazy."

Tortorella said he didn't see the gesture but was told about it during the inmtermission. Commissioner Gary Bettman, interviewed here at the Copliseum, also said he didn't see it, but assumed it would be reviewed by the league's hockey operations department.
