That's what I hear from practice----Arthur Staple is subbing for me today and tweeted that it was an intense hour. Not surprised. I'll be back in the saddle for practice tomorrow before flying to Ottawa to begin the three-games-in-four-days stretch roadie that continues in Columbus Saturday and ends against the Caps at home on Sunday.
