Carl Hagelin 2-3-5 in 19 (traded to Anahein, now with Penguins)

James Sheppard 1-1-2 in 13 games (Kloten Flyers, Switzerland)

Matt Hunwick 0-0-0 in 6 games (free agent, signed with Maple Leafs)

Cam Talbot DNP (traded to Oilers)

New to playoff roster

Eric Staal, Viktor Stalberg, Antti Raanta, Oscar Lindberg, Brady Skjei, Dylan McIlrath

In waiting. . . the Black Aces

Because the Hartford Wolf Pack still have an outside shot at a playoff spot, management is reluctant to call up extras or spares, a group known as the Black Aces, who practice separately during the playoffs, until next weekend, when the AHL regular season ends. The Pack was six points out with five games to play as of Saturday morning. Brady Skjei and Marek Hrivik are already here. Other possible call-ups? Forwards Jayson Megna, Nicklas Jensen, Daniel Paille, defensemen Raphael Diaz and Ryan Graves and goalie Magnus Hellberg.
