NEWARK - It's down to 25.

With Luke Adam, Mat Bodie, Ryan Bourque, Brian Gibbons, Ryan Graves, Magnus Hellberg, Brady Skjei, and Chris Summers assigned to the Hartford Wolf Pack after Staurday's 4-3 defeat of the Devils, the Rangers have 25 players remaining in camp.

Head coach Alain Vigneault had said that he would carry 13 forwards and seven or eight defensemen.

So, if nothing changes, two forwards need to be trimmed from this group of 15: Derick Brassard, Emerson Etem, Jesper Fast, Tanner Glass, Kevin Hayes, Chris Kreider, Oscar Lindberg, Jayson Megna, J.T. Miller, Dominic Moore, Rick Nash, Viktor Stalberg, Derek Stepan, Jarret Stoll, Mats Zuccarello. Megna is the surprise keeper here.

The eight defensemen are Dan Boyle, Raphael Diaz, Dan Girardi, Kevin Klein, Ryan McDonagh, Dylan McIlrath, Marc Staal, Keith Yandle. The question here is McIlrath.

Henrik Lundqvist and Antti Raanta are the goalies.

The Rangers' next game is against the Philadelphia Flyers at home on Monday.
