FIRST: Madeline’s Hope drops and cuts back to 7 furlongs; soft spot. Bank Elaboration is speedy and could prove very tough on an unchallenged lead. Celtic Serenade was a late-running third in last and should have more to give in second start since 10-month absence.

SECOND: Bow Town Cat was a front-running winner in last at Parx; main speed once again. Tiz Rae Anna also went wire to wire to win last and fired crisp, half-mile work on Feb. 20; very dangerous. Tiz the Light owns a stalker’s style that could be well served if top pair hook on the lead.

THIRD: Throw the Fade has faded in both starts but could capitalize on softer flow in five-horse field with three newcomers. Numerical fired eye-catching bullet drill on Feb. 9; could be the goods. Crimson King debuts for Todd Pletcher; follow the money.

FOURTH: Exchanging Secrets drew off to impressive eight-length score at this level last time; pairs up. Special Dividend has worked three times since last start; improvement expected. Slam Chowder sheds the blinkers and owns fast back numbers; worth a look.

FIFTH: Halloween Horror notched solid late-pace figure when winning last and has benefit of rail at two-turn trip; keeps on giving. Wild About Deb is training sharply for first start since moving to Rudy Rodriguez barn; dangerous. Storm Prophet has hit the board in seven of last eight starts; must be considered.

SIXTH: Going Strong owns a late-running style that should play strong in field with ample speed; pace makes the race. Shoe Loves Shoe puts blinkers on and could play out as the swiftest of the swift with aggressive ride; very interesting. Scarf It Down delivers strong efforts with machine-like consistency.

SEVENTH: Dynamax Prince logged string of 5-furlong workouts for first start since August; primed and ready. Blugrascat’s Smile owns speed and gets favorable cutback in distance; dangerous. Guick was second to a dominant winner in last; must be factored into the mix.

EIGHTH: My Miss Lilly tallied improved final fraction when third in Gulfstream stakes last time; added furlong plays to strength. War Heroine is speedy and ships in from SoCal for Peter Miller; underlay potential. Gypsy Janie owns three wins and a second from five starts; right in the thick of contentious Busher Stakes.

NINTH: Big Expense notched crisp half-mile drill on Feb. 19 for first start since December; sitting on breakthrough effort. Starlite Mission regressed in last after much-improved placing in previous start; bounce-back threat. Lune Lake has finished second in last two starts; more of the same? My Lightnin Strike was a clear-cut second in last; must be considered.
