Tuesday night I attended a screening of Ken Burns' upcoming sequel to his 1994 "Baseball" documentary on PBS and sat in front of Oscar-winning documentary filmmaker Barbara Kopple . . . who just happens to be the force behind an ESPN "30 for 30" entry slated for Sept. 21 called "The House of Steinbrenner."
I asked her how the Boss' death had affected her project.
"You'll see," she said.
I pressed for more information but all she would say is that "it's all in there."
She did concede that she mostly was done with the project at the time of George Steinbrenner's death July 13 and had to make some changes/additions - for obvious reasons.
