The Nets are giving current season ticket holders an opportunity to renew their subscriptions . . . for the 2012-13 season.
The offer is part of the long run-up to the team’s planned move to Brooklyn, where the Barclays Center currently is taking shape.
The early sale covers premium “All Access’’ tickets, which includes 4,000 club and courtside seats that come with unlimited food and other amenities.
Fred Mangione, the Nets’ chief marketing officer, said the remaining premium seats range in price from $99 to $1,500 per game.
Mangione said the idea of selling tickets so early was to fulfill a promise that season subscribers in New Jersey would get first crack at Brooklyn. Tickets go on sale to the public later this spring or summer.
The Nets said half of all season tickets will cost $55 or less per game.
