Conor McGregor will get his chance to fight the man who took a little shine off his star in Nate Diaz.
The two will rematch, again at welterweight, at UFC 202 on Aug. 20. The UFC announced the fight on Saturday night during the pay-per-view portion of UFC 199 in Los Angeles. No venue was announced yet.
McGregor and Diaz were supposed to fight at UFC 200 next month, but McGregor, the reigning featherweight champion, was removed from the card when he declined to come to Las Vegas for promotional events for the fight.
Diaz beat McGregor via submission in the second round last March. The win ended a successful run for McGregor, who quickly rose to the top of the featherweight division and, more importantly, the top of the entire sport in terms of being a bankable draw for fans.
