LAS VEGAS - Daniel Cormier and Ryan Bader were supposed to fight each other next month in New Orleans.

Then Cormier got bumped up to this Saturday's UFC 187 and a bout against Anthony Johnson for the vacant light heavyweight title.

Bader doesn't seem too thrilled about it. On Twitter earlier this week, Bader wrote: "@ryanbader: .@dc_mma we were scheduled to fight twice and you got out of both, don't let the @ufc bail you out of your first title defense against me.''

Cormier replied to Bader on Twitter. And at Wednesday's open workout on the casino floor at the MGM Grand, Cormier continued.

"Bader's talking, you know, which is smart,'' Cormier said. "He should because he's gotta do something to make himself interesting. But Bader needs to sit his [butt] down and be quiet is what he needs to do. I've got a championship to win over here and dude's Twittering me. Lucky he's not over there now; I'd kick his [butt] Friday before I fight 'Rumble' on Saturday.''
