In the world pre-December 2010, common sense dictated that Georges St-Pierre would repeatedly take down his opponent and use his superior grappling skills to his advantage.
But after UFC 124, when GSP picked apart top wrestler Josh Koscheck for five rounds using little else other than a left jab, common sense became uncommon. Suddenly, St-Pierre could dominate on his feet.
Now, in preparing for his next title defense against Jake Shields at UFC 129 in Toronto on April 30, GSP understands the change in perception. "He doesn't know what I'm going to do to him," St-Pierre said in this pre-fight video below.
