Montreal is a beautiful city if you're a resident, tourist or UFC official.
If you're a fighter under contract with the world's premier mixed martial arts organization who happens to lose your fight in Montreal, well, let's just hope you have a nice track record.
If not, we hope your business affairs are in order because it could get dicey. Montreal has hosted five UFC events so far -- all at the Bell Centre -- the most recent being this past Saturday as native son and champion Georges St-Pierre unified the welterweight title against interim champ Carlos Condit at UFC 154.
In the days following each of the first four Montreal events, at least three fighters have had their UFC careers ended in the City of Saints.
Oh, mais non?!?
The list of fighters from the first three UFC events in Montreal has some big names, some medium names and some forgettable names.
The fourth -- UFC 124 on Dec. 11, 2010 -- had smaller names than in the past: Dustin Hazelett, Joe Doerksen and Pat Audinwood.
Who will make this list in the coming week or two?
