Ken Shamrock wanted to settle the score against Royce Gracie decades after his loss at UFC 1 and their draw at UFC 5.

Well, he didn’t, but this time it wasn’t entirely his fault.

Gracie defeated Shamrock via TKO in the main event at Bellator 149 in Houston shortly after an illegal groin strike went unnoticed by the official.

After a few minutes of feeling each other out, a Gracie knee caught Shamrock in the groin. Shamrock immediately reacted, but the referee did not step in, allowing Gracie to pounce and end the fight with strikes at 2:22 of the first round.

Shamrock was visibly upset after the fight, claiming Gracie hit him below the below the belt on purpose, but the result stood.

In the co-main event, former street-fight sensation Kimbo Slice defeated the inexperienced Dada 5000 via TKO in the third round. After a short exchange to open the bout, both men struggled to maintain any energy with Dada 5000 eventually collapsing at 1:32 of the last frame.
