Tito Ortiz, a former UFC light heavyweight champion, was arrested and charged with felony domestic violence against his girlfriend and mother of his twins, Jenna Jameson on Monday, according to TMZ. (See video below of Ortiz being escorted from him house and an emotional Jameson in her SUV.)

Ortiz is a coach on Season 11 of "The Ultimate Fighter" but didn't make it to the end of the season. He was replaced on the show by Rich Franklin.

Jameson, 36, a famous adult film star, had visible injuries, according to the report, when cops arrived at their Huntington Beach, Calif., home Monday morning.

Bad news always comes in threes, and for MMA fans, this is the third, following on the heels of last weekend's in-cage brawl at Strikeforce and the somewhat-bizarre Anderson Silva match two weekends ago at UFC 112.
