PHILADELPHIA -- On Saturday night, Paul Bradley's left leg will look like a piece of well-prepared prime rib -- nice and pink. On Sunday morning, it will look like a piece of meat left on the barbecue the entire weekend -- black, red, purple.
So for those of you who doubt that leg kicks do damage, this was a classic example that you're wrong.
Rafael Natal rode those leg kicks on Bradley to a unanimous decision in their middleweight bout at UFC 133. The judges scored it 30-27, 29-28, 29-28.
Natal (13-3-1) was successful in the first round landing inside leg kicks, but Bradley (18-3) seemed to get the better of the punching exchanges. Bradley had a pair of takedowns in the second round, but Natal came back in third with more leg kicks and some decent striking as both fighters looked gassed.
