New Year's Eve in Las Vegas can be a grand experience. Every club hosts a pay-one-price party with unlimited adult beverages, musical acts and celebrity appearances. New Year's Eve in New York has a million people in Times Square. That's a million people staring at a UFC 141 billboard that couldn't purchase the pay-per-view.

So, UFC 141 takes place on Friday, Dec. 30, with the pay-per-view beginning at 10 p.m. ET (like in the early days of 2010 before it was switched to 9 p.m.).

Here's a look at the UFC 141 fight card for you to help determine how best to divvy up those newfound holiday funds of yours. Heck, maybe you've got enough scratch to head to Vegas and the MGM Grand Garden Arena to watch the fights live.

On pay-per-view, 10 p.m.
