Dana White suggested at the UFC 128 post-fight press conference Saturday night that if WEC lightweight champion Anthony Pettis defeats Clay Guida (pictured), he'd likely get the winner of Frankie Edgar-Gray Maynard 3 for the impending title unification bout.
Monday, the UFC confirmed that fight, along with several others on the card for "Ultimate Finale 13" on June 4 at The Pearl at The Palms in Las Vegas.
Other bouts on the card include lightweight Jonathan Brookins, the "TUF 12" winner, against Jeremy Stephens, Renan Barao vs. Demetrious Johnson (bantamweight), Ken Stone vs. Scott Jorgensen (bantamweight), George Roop vs. Josh Grispi (featherweight), and Tim Credeur vs. Ed Herman (middleweight).
And, of course, you'll see the two finalists from "TUF 13" fight for the contract. Season 13 of "The Ultimate Fighter," featuring Brock Lesnar and Junior Dos Santos as coaches, premieres March 30 at 9 p.m. on Spike.
The Ultimate Finale will be televised at 9 p.m. on Spike.
