A quick look at the scheduled fights for Long Island-based fighters in the UFC and elsewhere.

Pete Sell

Pete "Drago" Sell, a former UFC fighter from Westbury, returns to the cage on Sept. 25 at Ring of Combat 52. Sell (10-6), who had a knee injury and hasn't fought in more than three years, will fight Elijah Harshbarger.

Gian Villante

The light heavyweight from Levittown returns from a knockout loss to Tom Lawlor to fight Anthony Perosh at UFC 193 in Melbourne, Australia, on Nov. 14.

Ryan LaFlare

LaFlare, from Lindenhurst, finds himself in a new position. Coming off his first career loss, LaFlare (11-1) will fight welterweight Mike Pierce, at The Ultimate Fighter Finale 22 on Dec. 11 in Las Vegas.

Chris Weidman

The undefeated UFC middleweight champion from Baldwin defends his title against Luke Rockhold at UFC 194 in Las Vegas on Dec. 12.
