Jon "Bones" Jones stands at the doorstep of world adulation, at least in the gated community of MMA. Heck, some may even claim he's already inside, chillin' on your couch with his feet up on the coffee table, sipping mimosas.

After Jones' impressive submission victory over Ryan Bader at UFC 126, and thanks to the sprained MCL suffered by Rashad Evans, the UFC scrambled cageside to put together a title shot for Jones.

Jones will fight Mauricio "Shogun" Rua for the UFC light heavyweight title at UFC 128 on March 19 in Newark, N.J.

But that was Saturday night. Now comes word Monday afternoon that Jones is a huge favorite. According to Bodog.com, Jones is at -155, while Rua is at +125. That means you'd have to bet $155 on Jones just to win another $100; whereas betting $100 on Rua would earn you another $125.

Fairly significant seeing how dominant Rua, the champion, looked in his last three fights against top competition before injuring his knee.
