And joining Sergio Ramos on the All-hands team ... Maarten Stekelenburg!

You've GOT to be kidding.

Another European title victory. Another European trophy thrown under the bus.

When Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos famously lost grip on la Copa del Rey, which slipped out of his hands and was crushed by the double-decker bus his team was riding, it was Internet gold.

You saw it. I saw it. We both laughed. We also probably said to ourselves, "Who does that?"

Maarten Stekelenburg does, that's who.

In fact, the only player on the field adept at using his hands, the goalkeeper, is the culprit this time. While celebrating Ajax's championship in the Netherlands' top league, the Eredivisie, Stekelenburg let the silver frisbee fly off the roof of his bus. Unlike the Ramos fumble, it didn't get swallowed under the bus they were riding. Instead, it struck the bus behind them and deflected off to the curb.

A policeman, or a dude that just really loves neon, picks it up and nonchalantly gave it to a beaming fan. Way to go, officer. The fan then gave it back to the Dutch champions.

Stekelenburg, generally, is better with his hands. He led the Netherlands to the World Cup final last summer, conceding only six goals in seven games.

Since everything comes in threes, why not add Manchester City's Vincent Kompany to the bunch? Kompany had trouble handling the FA Cup and reportedly dropped it en route to the team bus after Man City defeated Stoke City Saturday for the club's first major title in 35 years.

What gives, fellas?
