Red Bulls move into first place, 4-0

Thierry Henry scored twice in the first half and Bouna Coundoul got his second shutout of the season as the New York Red Bulls beat D.C. United, 4-0, to move into first place in the Eastern Conference Thursday night. Henry had goals in the 12th and 38th minutes, both with assists from Jan Gunnar Solli. Joel Lindpere scored in the 76th minute and substitute Juan Agudelo scored in second-half injury time as the Red Bulls' attack turned prolific after scoring only five goals in the first five games.
