Not a single American man or woman in the main draw made it past the third round at Wimbledon this year.

But Noah Rubin of Rockville Centre advanced to the boys singles final Saturday when he defeated Taylor Fritz of Rancho Santa Fe, California, 6-4, 6-2.

And he'll meet another American, Stefan Kozlov, of Pembroke Pines, Florida, in the first all-U.S. boys' final at Wimbledon since 1977. Kozlov beat Johan Sebastien Tatlot of France 6-3, 7-6 (7).

Rubin trains at the John McEnroe Tennis Academy at Sportime on Randalls Island. Playing challenger and futures events, he has a world ranking of 539.
