The JetBlue card from American Express is currently giving away 10,000 miles -- enough for a free round-trip -- with your first purchase of any amount. And the annual fee is just $40. This is the most generous incentive we've seen so far, and the fastest route to a free trip.

The American Express Starwood card will give you a 20 percent bonus every time you redeem miles on any airline.
