Want a lovely bunch of coconuts? Well, I can help hook you up with one, anyway. The folks over at NYCeWheels want to get the word out about their folding bikes so they're patrolling Herald Square every Monday this month, handing out free coconuts to commuters. You can even drink out of yours. I'm not sure what the coconut-bicycle connection is, but free is free. To reserve your coconut (yes, reservations are necessary), sign up at blog.NYCeWheels.com and then show up by 9 a.m., because apparently these coconuts are going like hotcakes.

Tuesday, May 10, is free Korean movie night at Tribeca Cinemas at 54 Varrick St. This time around, you'll be treated to the U.S. premiere of the critically acclaimed and award-winning "Re-Encounter," which has become a word-of-mouth success. Here's the plot from the Korean Culture Society: Hyehwa is a veterinarian’s assistant living a quiet life when suddenly her high school sweetheart reappears and tells her that the child they thought died when he got her pregnant at 18 is still alive. Lyrical and intimate, it’s a movie that sees two people tear themselves up in quiet desperation. Film starts at 6:30 p.m.
