Open only to seasonal permit holders, including nonresident permit holders. Beach goers must obtain parking permits Mon., Wed. and Fri. May and June at the Town Hall, 116 Hampton Rd., Southampton. Also, sold at the Parks and Recreation office, 6 Newton Rd., Hampton Bays, 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Mon.-Fri.; and daily beginning June 27 at town beaches. Seasonal fee is $40 for residents, $30 for residents older than 60 and $400 for nonresidents; nonresident daily permit is $30 per day. Description:

This is a residents-only beach on the Mecox Inlet. It features a small pavilion, picnic tables, a beach volleyball court and outdoor showers. Season parking permits are $30 for residents. 

Parking:

Resident taxpayers only- $30/season, seniors $20/season. No day passes

Beachfront:

300 feet on ocean

Lifeguards:

10 a.m.-5 p.m. weekends Memorial Day-June 26; 10 a.m.-5 p.m. daily June 27-Labor Day.
