Lots of big bashes, celebrity faces and important causes grab the spotlight for the weekend. Here's the who, where, what they're doing and why:

Devotees of the Bravo's "The Real Housewives of New York City" know much about the life of cast member Ramona Singer -- and one thing fans will point out about the lady is her love for pinot grigio. In fact, her passion for the stuff has led her to help create the Ramona pinot grigio brand of dry white wine -- and she'll be at the Herbert & Rist Wine Shop (63 Job's Lane, Southampton, 631-283-2030) from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday to meet, greet and sign bottles. Be sure and buy away: $2 from each bottle sold benefits The Retreat domestic violence services in East Hampton.

The East End's free-of-charge cancer counseling and resource center Fighting Chance is hosting a summer gala and benefit from 6:30 to 11 p.m. Saturday by the water at The Maidstone Club Beach Pavilion (Old Beach Lane, East Hampton). Tickets are $400 (table patrons pay $4,000) for a night that includes an open bar, barbecue and live music, plus both a live and silent auction. Casual but neat attire is asked. 631-725-4646, fightingchance.org

Scott Ialacci -- aka DJ Skribble -- has mixed music in nightclubs around the globe, starred on MTV and released several albums. Saturday, he'll take a turn in the booth at Beach Bar (58 Foster Ave., Hampton Bays, 631-723-3100) sometime after 8 p.m. The cover is $15. Expect a packed house -- arriving early would be a wise plan of action.

Fans of actress Fran Drescher ("The Nanny," "Saturday Night Fever") can join her for a family Father's Day celebration organized by her group, The Cancer Schmancer Foundation. A cancer survivor herself, Drescher will bring her charisma to the event, which will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at East Hampton Studio (75 Industrial Rd., Wainscott, 631-965-0050, easthamptonstudio.com). It will benefit the nonprofit's "We the Future" youth project for fit living, and will feature such activities as video games, a bounce house, craft projects, live music and a TV viewing of U.S. Open golf. Tickets are $75 for adults and $25 for those 18 and younger, and can be bought online via cancerschmancer.org.
