This weekend is all about celebrity-studded fundraisers in the Hamptons. Among them:

EAST END MEETS 'ENTOURAGE' Actor and filmmaker Adrian Grenier is to be among the honorees at the 26th annual SOFO Summer Gala, happening 6-9:30 p.m. Saturday at the South Fork (SOFO) Natural History Museum in Bridgehampton (377 Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Tpke.). Benefiting the museum's initiatives and programs, the fundraiser includes a VIP cocktail reception with a chef-driven tasting menu followed by seafood hors d'oeuvres, a silent auction and music by the Nancy Atlas Project Band. Individual VIP tickets are $1,250, and general admission is $375 ($250 ages 30 and younger), sofo.org.

PARTY FOR THE POOCHES Back for a fourth season, the annual Gimme Shelter Animal Rescue Summer Benefit runs 5-8 p.m. Saturday at the Southampton home of WNBC news anchor Chuck Scarborough. A fundraiser for Gimme Shelter (which works to save dogs from kill shelters nationwide), guests can enjoy passed hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, a photo booth, a silent auction and live music. Tickets are $200 in advance, $225 at the door; call 631-903-9215 or visit gimmeshelteranimalrescue.org.

BROADWAY BY BAY STREET Sag Harbor's Long Wharf is a popular destination throughout the summer, but on Saturday expect the energy to jump even higher as Bay Street Theater (1 Bay St.) will host its annual Summer Gala starting at 5:30 p.m. Featuring dinner and cocktails, the main event is a partial reading of the stage adaptation of the film "The Prince of Egypt" by a cast of Broadway actors. Also a benefit for the nonprofit Bay Street, the event honors photographer/writer Joe Pintauro and former congressman Tim Bishop, with comedian Joy Behar slated to appear as the honorary chairwoman. Tickets start at $600 ($425 ages 40 and younger), baystreet.org.
