Philippe East Hampton

Paul McCartney, Rihanna and Leighton Meester are in on it, and now you are too. Executive Chef Philippe Chow’s lobster spring rolls, Peking duck, and chicken satay that is. Protecting the waters

Project SERV (Spawning Early Release Vessel), a shellfish restoration initiative, is holding a kickoff event from 8 to 11 p.m. Friday at Martha Clara Vineyards. Project SERV aims to restore the shellfish and marine organism populations in their natural habitats by utilizing new technology and providing education for the public. Motown Live at Club Starlight

Soulful Hamptonites should check out Motown Live at Club Starlight honoring Julie Andrews on Saturday night. Cocktails, dinner and dancing begin at 6:30 with live performances by The Miracles, Martha Reeves and the Vandellas and JR Walker’s Allstar band. Christie Brinkley, Kelly Rutherford, Russell Simmons, Joy Behar and Alec Baldwin are expected to attend. The Green Gala

Over 400 celebrities and wealthy individuals are expected to celebrate The Green Gala to benefit the Group for the East End Saturday night at the Wolffer Estate Vineyard. Some celebs attending the gala are Alec Baldwin, Amanda Hearst, Nicole Miller, Kick Kennedy, Summer Rayne Oakes, and Felicia Taylor. A three-course farm-to-table meal will be provided by local farms and prepared by local chefs. The group encourages local produce with the collaboration of farmers and chefs serving food all from the East End. 2nd Annual Pride in the Hamptons Fundraiser

Live Out Loud presents the second annual Pride in the Hamptons Fundraiser. Join them for cocktails, hor d’oeuvres and dancing. The event benefits Live Out Loud, a nonprofit for LGBTyouth by connecting them with successful LGBT professionals in their community. Tickets are $85 in advance and $100 at the door. Oscar-nominated actress Julianne Moore is sure to give a stand out performance when she plays honorary guest on Saturday night at the Montauk Playhouse Splash into summer benefit and FamilyFest at Sole East resort. Hamptons Golf Classic

In between holes, you can puff on a Zino platinum cigar or quench your thirst with Dos Equis or Smartwater. Shot gun starts at 11 a.m., followed by a barbecue lunch, dinner and awards with an after-party at the Four Seasons restaurant in Manhattan.
