WINERY: Specialties First Fruit Sauvignon Blanc; Coalescence, a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and chardonnay; Wild Boar Doe, a blend of merlot, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, petit verdot and Malbec; Mojo, a red varietal; and Rosehill rosé. Patio seating available for tastings.

SPIRITS: Eau de Vie, a young brandy; grappa distilled from chardonnay; Julius Drover Apple Brandy from local apples, aged four years in oak barrels; Julius Drover Alembic Brandy distilled from grapes aged four years in oak barrels

Call for wine club information. No outside food, beverage or buses. Limos by reservations. Group of 6 or more, reserve. Leashed dogs welcome.

Shinn Estate Vineyards has a working philosophy of low-impact, sustainable farming. Since its first planting in 2000, husband-and-wife team and former restaurateurs David Page and Barbara Shinn have integrated organic, biodynamic and holistic practices in their fields. Events Vineyard walks and winery tours, also self-guided walks Mon.-Fri. through November (check website for additional dates). Guided winery and barrel cellar tours, 2:30 p.m. weekends reserve.

There is also a bed-and-breakfast on premise and the property is available for weddings and other special events.
