The popular travel site has created TripIndex, which ranks domestic and international cities by travel costs so that vacation-seekers can find the best bargains.
The ranking is based on the cost of an average one-night stay in each city including a room in a four-star hotel, a five-mile taxi ride, a dry martini and a large cheese pizza.
New York City tops the list as the most expensive U.S. destination, with expenses totaling $366.87, while Las Vegas is the cheapest, at $163.59.
Internationally, Paris takes the top spot with a cost of $428.88. Europe was also ranked as the most expensive continent to visit.
Bangkok was listed as the most affordable overseas city with a cost of $111.99.
Other bargain locales include Beijing and Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, internationally and Dallas and New Orleans in the United States.
