The Giants' 100th season is off to a busy start.

In addition to announcing on Wednesday that their Nov. 10 game against the Carolina Panthers will be played in Germany this season, the Giants also revealed that they will be part of HBO's Hard Knocks this offseason.

“Hard Knocks: Offseason with the New York Giants” is a new series that will chronicle the Giants’ offseason. Among the Giants' most notable moves since the season ended: the departure of star running back Saquon Barkley to the Eagles, their trade for Panthers pass-rusher Brian Burns, and the selection of LSU wide receiver Malik Nabers with the sixth overall pick in April's draft.

The five-part original series debuts July 2 at 9 p.m. It will be available to stream on Max with new episodes debuting on subsequent Tuesdays through July 30.

"As we enter our 100th season, we look forward to providing our fans with the opportunity to see what it takes to build an NFL roster," Nilay Shah, the Giants' senior vice president of marketing and brand strategy, said in a statement. "Beginning the moment the previous season ended, we gave NFL Films unprecedented access to this critical time of the year. We know viewers will gain insight from moments that have never been captured before and are excited for them to learn more about our Giants history."

Hard Knocks previously has documented NFL training camps — including Jets camp last year — and the regular season. The series, which has won 18 Sports Emmy Awards, is produced by NFL Films. Skydance Sports also will co-produce this offseason edition. Liev Schreiber, who has narrated all but one season of the series, will return as the voice of the show.

"We are incredibly proud that Hard Knocks is widely thought of as one of the most successful and entertaining unscripted sports franchises ever produced," NFL Films senior executive Ross Ketover  said in a statement. "To be able to expand on the 'Hard Knocks' universe, and with an elite franchise in the Giants while they celebrate their 100th season, is a privilege for all of us at NFL Films."
