City drivers? Make 'em pay
Michael Bloomberg is sounding agitated.
His bold congestion pricing plan, charging drivers $8 to enter Manhattan
below 86th Street from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., could soon be watered down by Albany.
And he is not one bit pleased.
Anything less than the as-envisioned approach, the mayor was grumbling on
Friday, "would bring in less money and would leave us with another traffic...
