Body found in lake at Hempstead Lake State Park
State Police are investigating after a body was found floating Friday afternoon in a lake at Hempstead Lake State Park in Hempstead.
The body was found around 12:30 p.m. and foul play is not suspected, a State Police spokesman said.
The investigation, authorities said, is ongoing.
